The Greater Saskatoon Catholic Schools Foundation is committed to protecting the privacy of personal information of its donors, supporters, employees and other stakeholders.

Personal information is anything that can be used to distinguish, identify or contact a specific individual, such as a person’s name, address, birthdate, e-mail address and phone number.

During the course of our various projects, programs, and activities, including receiving donations, GSCSF may gather and use personal information. All  such information  will be carefully protected. Your personal information will not be rented, sold or shared with any third party or organization

The GSCSF regularly reports details of its fundraising activities to the public . GSCSF may acknowledge names of donors in annual reports and similar publications and/or on plaques in appropriate locations.  All donors may  at any time request that their names not be published in GSCSF materials or otherwise made public.

PRIVACY PRACTICES

Personal information gathered by GSCSF is kept in confidence. GSCSF staff is authorized to access personnel information based only on their need for which it was obtained.

The GSCSF uses password protocols, encryption software and firewalls to ensure privacy to protect personal and other information we receive online.

We are strongly committed to protect the privacy of those using our web site. We do not disclose information about individual visits to our web site. Neither do we provide the information given to us on our web site to outside companies.

GSCSF will periodically review and update its Privacy Policy. The most current form of the Privacy Policy will appear on our web page.
